Therefore, in whatever predicament you might be in, you should not go the cash for house route unless you really don’t care about making the most out of the house you are selling. The conventional buyer will purchase your home at a higher cost, and every loan will be taken care of. Furthermore, the fast-cash buyer will most probably also sell to a conventional buyer after buying from you and make a very big profit while at it.
